Ethical Hacker Intern

About the role

Learn penetration testing hands-on: scan, exploit and report weaknesses in practice labs under a senior ethical hacker. This is a internship position (Arlington, VA-Remote) for students and recent graduates who want hands-on experience through an internship.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor, detect and investigate security events and alerts
• Run vulnerability scans, assessments and security reviews
• Document findings and recommend clear fixes
• Support incident response and keep playbooks up to date
• Help the business meet policies, standards and audits

What we are looking for

• Currently studying, or recently graduated, in a relevant field. No work experience needed
• Understanding of networking, operating systems and security basics
• Familiarity with security tools, frameworks or standards relevant to this role
• Analytical thinking and strong attention to detail
• Integrity and the ability to handle sensitive information
